This Privacy Policy explains how Enlightened Minds ("Enlightened Minds", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our website, online forms, member services, and messaging assistants, including our WhatsApp and Telegram assistants (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and job title;
  • account and authentication information used to provide access to restricted areas;
  • information you submit through forms, event registrations, enquiries, CRM features, or support requests;
  • messaging information, including your WhatsApp telephone number or Telegram identifier, profile information made available by the platform, message content, voice messages, and assistant conversation history;
  • technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request identifiers, security logs, cookie identifiers, and website usage information; and
  • any other information you choose to provide to us.

3. WhatsApp and Telegram assistants

When you contact an Enlightened Minds assistant through WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the information required to identify the conversation and respond to you. For WhatsApp users, the telephone number supplied by WhatsApp is used as the conversation identifier. Separate numbers are treated as separate conversations.

Messages may be processed by artificial intelligence providers to generate a response. Voice messages may also be sent to speech recognition and text-to-speech providers. Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other information that is not necessary for your request.

WhatsApp and Telegram process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of your account and platform data is outside our control.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services;
  • respond to messages, enquiries, and support requests;
  • maintain conversation context and provide assistant functionality;
  • manage events, business relationships, tasks, and requested services;
  • detect abuse, prevent duplicate processing, investigate incidents, and protect our users;
  • understand and improve website and service performance; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and compliance obligations.

Where required, we rely on your consent. We may also process information to perform a contract, take steps at your request, comply with law, or pursue legitimate interests such as operating and protecting the Services.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We may share information only as needed with providers that help us deliver the Services, including hosting, database, analytics, communications, security, and artificial intelligence providers. These may include Meta Platforms and WhatsApp, Telegram, Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, and Yandex Metrica, depending on the feature you use.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand usage. Website analytics may be provided by Yandex Metrica. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings, although some features may then work differently.

11. Data deletion requests

You can request deletion in either of the following ways:

  • send /clear to the WhatsApp or Telegram assistant to remove the conversation history for that messaging identity; or
  • email info@enlightenedminds.io with the subject "Data deletion request" and identify the service and account, telephone number, or messaging identity concerned.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. We will delete or anonymise eligible data and confirm completion within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.

12. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.
